Your images

You are responsible for images you choose for local analysis. You must have the right to process them and must not use the service for unlawful material or in ways that violate applicable law or another person's rights. The core image-analysis workflow is designed to process selected images in your browser rather than upload them to our server.

AI-generated output

Descriptions and prompts are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. They are drafts, not professional, legal, medical, financial, accessibility, or rights-clearance advice. Review and test every result before relying on it or using it commercially.

Third-party model and runtime delivery

The local AI feature depends on third-party distribution of browser software and model files, including jsDelivr and Hugging Face. Availability, caching, browser compatibility, and download speed can vary. We do not guarantee that every browser or device can run the semantic model.

Intellectual property and third-party rights

The website design, original articles, course materials, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to articles and quote short passages with attribution, but may not republish substantial content as your own. Tool outputs can be used subject to applicable law and the terms of any creative platform you later use. You are responsible for avoiding infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and contractual rights.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a specific local model, model hosting, cache behavior, or compatibility with every browser, device, or image.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or its outputs.
