What the local image describer looks for
The browser AI looks for visible subjects, scene context, composition, lighting, colors, style, readable text, and uncertainty. It also samples basic technical visual cues such as orientation, brightness, contrast, and dominant colors.
The first analysis can take longer because your browser needs to download a compact vision-language model. WebGPU acceleration is used when available, while a CPU compatibility mode helps support more devices. Model files may be cached by your browser for faster later runs.
Your selected image is handled inside the browser. The image is not uploaded to our server for analysis. Local AI can still miss small details or interpret ambiguous content incorrectly, so review the result before accessibility, publishing, client, or commercial use.
